1999

Foundation of Bohnert LLC in Detroit, USA.

2000

Certification acc. to QS 9000 und VDA 6.1.

2001

Change of corporate form to Bohnert GmbH.
Foundation of United Spring Technology Inc. in Farmington Hills, USA, with 50% interest of 
Pieron GmbH.            

2003

Certfication acc. to ISO TS 16949.

2004

Takeover of Bohnert GmbH by the KERN-LIEBERS Group of Companies headquartered in Schramberg, Germany. 

2005

Certification acc. to DIN EN ISO 14001.

2006

Shifting of shipping department and finished goods warehouse into the newly built premises of the close-by bomo trendline Technik GmbH in order to expand production capacity in the buildings of Bohnert GmbH.
